The qualification framework will cover the knowledge, skills and competences of a trainer of synchronous electronic learning. It will cover the aspects of the work that change or are being added due to the electronic nature of training.

The certification scheme for curricula and training materials will include all principles and requirements needed for the certification. All training materials and curricula that will be developed, will be certified as per the criteria of this scheme.
The certification scheme for persons will contain principles and requirements needed for the certification of persons on EQF Level 5 or 6.
This project result is the curriculum based on which VET and adult education trainers will be trained to acquire the skills to deliver synchronous electronic learning. The training curriculum will be aligned with the qualification framework developed at the 5 or 6 level of EQF.
The materials and digital methodological tools are everything the Master SEL Trainer will use in order to perform the training of Trainers of SEL online, so they can be prepared for the assessment and certification. The training of the trainers will be delivered in an interactive and interesting manner, using the state-of-the-art materials and tools that will be developed.
This is the assessment tool that will be used to test the competences of the trainer and thus certify the trainer as a SEL trainer. This assessment will be certificated by ISO 17024. The assessment will be web-based and potentially a part of the assessment will take place through synchronous participation of the assessor and another part through asynchronous assessment.
This result has two levels. On one level, will be a networking tool for all the SEL trainers that will be certified during the project or after the project’s life-cycle. Also, for anyone else who might be interested or delivers synchronous online training or might be interested in the qualification. On another level it will be a resource center with different resources and ideas that the trainers may use when they train.
The objective of this multimedia guide is to collate all good practice that can be applied when analyzing training needs, designing, delivering and evaluate training. The guide will be organized according to the ADDIE model.
